- Our Hygiene & Quality Management department: no products are purchased without inspection and analysis approval.
And these companies are regularly monitored through inspections by the food engineers on our quality team.
PRODUCTION
Menus created specifically for each kitchen are transformed into meals using quality ingredients and skilled hands. Practices for quality, taste, and food safety are carried out with the same instructions in every kitchen and kept under control.
For example;
- All raw vegetables are washed at least 3 times before being served.
- A hot meal undergoes temperature checks at least 4 times before reaching service.
- Equipment used is cleaned and disinfected before and after each use.
- Sardunya staff wash their hands at least 16 times a day.
- Products in refrigerators undergo temperature and suitability checks at least twice a day.
All of the practices listed above are inspected without prior notice by the quality team in a fully objective manner. These inspections, carried out with a mother's sensitivity, identify areas for improvement and ensure continuous development.
