MENU SELECTION
Our customers build their menus by selecting from a master menu carefully prepared each month. This master menu is designed as a multiple-choice selection by our Menu Commission, comprising dietitians, food engineers, R&D, hygiene & quality, occupational health physicians, head chefs, and operations managers, with customer needs and expectations in mind.
The master menu we share with our customers on the 15th of each month marks the starting point of the selection process. A Menu Commission established within the customer's organization meets with the Sardunya operations representative to determine their preferences. This meeting not only shapes the new menu; it also provides an important opportunity to evaluate the previous month's performance and maximize satisfaction.
The list determined by the commission is finally approved by the Sardunya dietitian, formalized, and the new month's menu goes into effect.
