TRAINING & DEVELOPMENT
SARDUNYA is committed to developing its employees' knowledge and competency levels in line with business requirements. With an average of 60 hours of training per year, the company invests in its employees' development processes. Training programs, aligned with company strategies and objectives, include a variety of activities such as classroom training, outdoor exercises, simulations, and seminar/conference participation.
PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT
Our Performance Development system measures and evaluates employee achievements against defined criteria, aiming for continuous improvement and sustainable growth. This system gives managers and employees shared responsibility for achieving business goals together. The system covers all personnel at SARDUNYA with at least 6 months of tenure.
CAREER MANAGEMENT
SARDUNYA's Career Management focuses on discovering, developing, and managing talent. The system adopts a holistic and systematic approach that combines the needs and expectations of both SARDUNYA and its employees, with the goal of nurturing future leaders.
